At Digital Bharat Skill Academy, our vision is to establish a high-standard digital learning ecosystem with over 10000+ Computer Skill Centres across India. Our goal is to create a transformative educational network that empowers individuals with the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Step-by-Step Process for Approval

Eligibility Check: Any new or existing Computer Skill Centre, School, NGO, or Individual interested in becoming a part of the Digital Bharat Skill Academy network must first check their eligibility based on the criteria laid out below.

Site Inspection & Audit: Upon receipt of the application, an inspection will be conducted by the central team or local authorities. The inspection will evaluate whether the center meets the minimum infrastructure and operational requirements.

Application Submission: Interested entities must submit a formal application to the Digital Bharat Skill Academy with supporting documents that demonstrate they meet the necessary criteria.

Compliance: Centers that are found compliant with the standards will be certified. Non-compliant centers may be given a time frame to correct deficiencies or may have their application rejected.

Infrastructure Requirements

Classrooms: At least two computer lab classrooms with proper seating arrangements.

Carpet Area: The center should have a minimum carpet area of 300 to 1500 sq.ft.

Signage: The center should have a clear and prominent Digital Bharat Skill Academy signboard (size: 6ft x 3ft) displayed outside.

Human Resources:

Full-Time Staff: The center must employ at least one full-time staff member for managing operations and delivering training.

Part-Time Lab/Teaching Staff: The center should have at least one part-time lab or teaching staff for technical training, with the necessary qualifications and skills to deliver quality education.

Technology & Equipment:

Computers: A minimum of 5-15 desktop computers/laptops with webcams and headphones for each student.

Printer: At least one printer for printing course materials, certifications, etc.

Scanner: A scanner (A4 size) for document processing.

Biometric Device: A biometric device to track student attendance and maintain records.

Projector: One projector for presentations and lectures.

Internet Connectivity: Internet speed connectivity of at least 1 Mbps to support online learning modules and research.

Power Backup: A UPS, inverter, or generator to ensure uninterrupted learning during power outages.

LAN Connection: All systems should be connected to a LAN (Local Area Network) for smooth operation and sharing of resources.
